Ideology of science?

Great at invention, miserable at innovation - this is the diagnosis that has been given to Russia. There is a belief that the country's brilliant scientists have long been held back by their unenlightened leaders. If only they had copied some Western ways, Russia would have been in a totally different place. But is it really that simple? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by American historian of science Loren Graham.
