Cold war – no more?

The frequent invocations of the Cold War to describe the current state of affairs between Russia and the West are as frightening as they are reassuring. After all, better the devil you know, especially in the face of growing uncertainty. But in pursuing old enmities, aren’t both sides losing sight of new and perhaps even more dangerous threats?
