Mexico: Back to the wall?

The old proverb “good fences make good neighbors” is once again the subject of policy debates, but nowhere more vociferously than in the United States. It looks like the Trump administration is determined to build the wall on the border with Mexico, but does it necessarily mean that the relationship will go south? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Jorge Castañeda, former Foreign Minister of Mexico and professor at New York University.
