Collusion or collision?

As one Russian expert noted, those who feared US-Russian collusion will now have to fear their collision – specifically, over Syria. With Washington reverting to its practice of raining bombs on foreign countries and Moscow beefing up its air defenses in the Middle East, where does it leave the fragile Syria talks?
