Global superintendent?

China’s economic rise has been the envy of many of its neighbors, but now Beijing says that in order to maintain growth it needs to jump start the economies of others too. Does the Chinese version of globalization – that is, globalizing development – sound too good to be true? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by co-director of the Institute for the Analysis of Global Security and senior adviser to the United States Energy Security Council – Gal Luft.
