For decades if not centuries, Russia’s fascination with geopolitics and global leadership has come at the expense of its internal development. The Soviet Union sent Sputnik into space before many of its citizens had running water, and as Moscow invests in regaining some of its lost international influence, many of them still don’t. What will it take for Russia to turn its energies fully inward? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Maxim Oreshkin, Russian Minister of Economic Development.
