Cities were once considered the cradle of civilization, but nowadays, they seem to sap the life out of their inhabitants. Oksana’s guest, urban sociologist Pyotr Ivanov, argues that it doesn’t have to be this way. He moved from Moscow to Siberia to make his life more fulfilling and to advance a brand of urbanism that informs the designs of cities with the needs of the human soul.
