A Brazilian first division football match was marred after a Ponte Preta center-back got handsy and made some invasive exploration of his opponent’s backside – twice, and got a red card which sent his team spiraling.
The match between Ponte Preta and Vitoria ended in a 3-2 victory for the latter. It would have been an ordinary match if not for Rodrigo Baldasso da Costa, who introduced his middle finger twice between the buttocks of Colombian player Santiago Trellez.
Referee Ricardo Marques Ribeiro did not hesitate to issue a red card.
