The local mayor in Kazan, Ilsur Metshin, has offered Neymar a piece of land in the region if he scores a hat-trick against Belgium.
"We want to invent something special,” the mayor said, TASS reported.
“If he [Neymar] scores a hat-trick we will find a sponsor to give him a piece of land. Could you imagine what a buzz it would be to live next door to Neymar?”
Neymar has two goals from four games so far in Russia.
