Cameron tweets picture of himself watching ISS launch, internet reacts hilariously
Prime Minister David Cameron tweeted a photo of himself watching Tim Peake’s launch to the International Space Station on TV. Twitter being Twitter, however, his PR stunt soon resulted in a series of hilarious spoofs.
It was great to watch Tim Peake blast off on his mission to join the International Space Station. pic.twitter.com/pqAw0ETuok

I see David #Cameron watched the #TimPeake launch on the #BBC, interestingly he stayed on to watch what was on after pic.twitter.com/y87o1ov7jN

Of course the endless array of pig references stem from those never dying claims Cameron put his genitals into the mouth of a dead pig during college.
Others were just baffled by how close Cameron sits to his TV screen. Has his mother never warned him he'll get square eyes? And in such an awkward position. Let’s be honest, as far as TV watching goes, he looks like an amateur.
Literally the most uncomfortable way to watch telly ever #TimPeakehttps://t.co/hAz4U4d3a2

How close to the TV do you sit? I know you're not human, but... https://t.co/hOW84tXINf

David Cameron looks like a man who read instructions on how to watch TV in a book but didn't quite follow. https://t.co/rJhMRCLA70

When David Cameron watched the Olympics on TV he wore the kit. WHY ISN'T HE WEARING A SPACE SUIT? pic.twitter.com/VZFUCTMUgl

Really, he should have expected this. Who remembers the gem this turned out to be.
