A North Dakota man who claims to be both Jesus and the love child of John F. Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe has been arrested for planning to kidnap one of the First Family’s dogs. He was armed with various kinds of weapons and ammunition.

Scott Stockert was arrested Wednesday night at a Hampton Inn near the Washington Convention Center after Secret Service agents found unregistered firearms in his truck, as well as hundreds of rounds of ammunition, according to court filings.
Agents went to the hotel after getting a "be on the lookout" alert from the Secret Service's Minnesota field office about the plan to kidnap Bo or Sunny, the Obamas’ Portuguese water dogs, the Secret Service said in a court document.
"You picked the wrong person to mess with. I will f***k your world up." Stockert told agents during questioning.
Stockert also said he'd planned to go to the Capitol to advocate for $99-per-month health care and to announce he was running for president.
Among the items found in Stockert’s truck were an unloaded 12-gauge pump-action shotgun, a bolt-action rifle, 289 rounds of .22 caliber long-rifle bullets, 71 rounds of 12-gauge shotgun ammunition and two rounds of .223 rifle ammunition, plus a 12-inch machete and an 18-inch billy club.
Stockert, who previously had his mental health questioned in court, appeared before a judge for a preliminary hearing on Friday.
The Washington, DC judge found probable cause to charge Stockert and released him under high supervision in which he's not allowed to possess or buy any firearms or go near the White House or the Capital, the Washington Post reported.
