Clinton wins Virginia, one of battleground states
Hillary Clinton was declared the winner in Virginia, with 48 percent of the vote to Donald Trump's 47 percent, with 96 percent of precincts reporting, according to the Associated Press.
Victory in this battleground state adds 13 electoral votes to the Democratic candidate's total. To win, a candidate must secure 270 electoral votes.
