Two people have been killed and at least 22 others injured in Cypress, a northwest suburb of Houston, Texas, when a house party erupted into a shooting.
The ill-fated party took place at an address on Enchanted Creek Drive, Harris County, the Houston Chronicle reports.
"It was a pretty chaotic scene," Thomas Gilliland, a
spokesman with the sheriff's office, told the newspaper.
Police said they are looking for two people suspected of being the gunmen responsible for the deaths and injuries.
The party was attended by some 100 people, mostly young adults, the sheriff's office said.

Both fatalities were males. One was killed on the scene while another one succumbed to his wounds at the hospital.
Previous reports of the shooting said as many as eight people might have been killed in Cypress, but the death count turned out to be smaller.
