Georgians will have to rebuild their military after its August defeat, and if there is enough financing, it would be easy, said Ruslan Pukhov, Director of the Centre for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies.
According to the analyst, “it’ll be harder for Georgia to repair its soldiers’ spirit than rebuild its military”.
Pukhov joined RT to comment on reports of Georgia’s allegedly expanding its military, as well as commenting on Russia’s reducing its nuclear weapons.
Russia’s General Staff stated earlier that the country has no intention of reducing its nuclear arsenal until the US clarifies its anti-missile defense plans in Europe. This comes as Moscow and Washington are working out a new arms reduction deal.
