Two space enthusiasts used shovels and the help of GPRS to create a 500 by 500 meter portrait of the first man in space, Russian cosmonaut Yury Gagarin. He’s depicted on snowy Lake Velye in the Pskov region in northwest Russia with his iconic helmet on - the one he wore 55 years ago, when on April 12, 1961, he took off to the stars.
