CCTV catches Russian ‘Peeping Tom’ snapping upskirt pics (VIDEO)
A surveillance camera caught an older Russian man brazenly snapping pictures up a woman’s skirt while she shopped near him in a supermarket.
The man was clearly a dab hand at such an invasion of privacy – his swift movement to take the photo lasted no longer than three seconds, leaving the victim of his intrusion none the wiser.
Security staff at the store in Chelyabinsk, Russia, noticed the sketchy man on Tuesday who pretended to continue shopping following the grotesque violation.
There has been no report of the man’s arrest or questioning over the incident.

Men all over the world have been busted ‘upskirting’ in department stores, supermarkets and subways as part of the growing trend of ‘mobile voyeurism.’
Some of the more creative perverts have even implanted cameras into shoes and bags to assist in their creeping.
