AMD issue may be solved by NATO-Russia partnership: U.S. Senator

Russia, the U.S. and Europe must work together to solve the dispute surrounding the U.S. plans to build a missile defence site in Eastern Europe. That is according to the Republican Senator Richard G. Lugar.
Lugar's comments come ahead of U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice's visit to Moscow on October 10 to discuss missile defence plans.
