Bomb in Iran kills 18

Eighteen people have been killed after a bomb exploded next to a bus in the city of Zahedan in south-eastern Iran. One person has been arrested, although there has been no immediate claim of responsibility.
The official Iranian news agency said the bomb was hidden in a car and detonated as it blocked the road in front of the bus, belonging to Iran's Revolutionary Guards.
