Building collapse in Azerbaijan: 12 dead

Rescuers have recovered the body of another worker from the collapsed high-rise building in Azerbaijan's capital Baku. It brings the death toll so far to 12. The Nation's Health Ministry says seven have so far been identified.
Rescuers are continuing their efforts to clear the site.
There are fears there maybe more people trapped under the rubble.
A criminal case has been opened into the collapse on charges of safety violations during construction.
Construction projects in other towns in Azerbaijan have been suspended until they've undergone safety inspections.
