Chechnya: policeman, 4 militants killed in skirmish

One policeman has been killed in a shoot-out with a group of militants in the capital of Russia's Southern republic of Chechnya. The police operation is said to be over now.
On Saturday night police forces have surrounded a group of militants in an apartment block in, who were all killed in the fight.
The group consisted of three men and one woman. The woman also put up resistance. She had a pistol in her hand.
The operation is now over and investigation is continuing at the site.
“We’ve identified two of the militants. This group was involved in killing of policemen in Grozny and on the territory of the Chechen republic. They have committed serious crimes, so they were punished,” Ruslan Alkhanov, Chechen Interior Minister, said.
