Coal mine blast reported in Russia

There have been reports of a gas explosion at a mine in the Komi Republic in Russia's northwest. Officials say a loud bang was heard at the Komsomolskaya coal mine in the city of Vorkuta at about 2100 Moscow time (1700 GMT).
Ten miners who were working underground at the time of the accident have not been accounted for.
Six rescue teams have been sent to search for the missing.
