Crocodile on the run in Ukraine

A crocodile with the nickname Godzilla is on the run in the Southeast of Ukraine and is proving to be a particularly elusive beast. Residents of the city of Mariupol have been desperately trying to catch the escaped reptile for almost five months.
The circus star was brought to Ukraine from the banks of the Nile River. He escaped from work at the end of May and nested in a local thermal power station.
The croc was then spotted several times in different parts of Mariupol and was even seen stealing crops from private gardens.
Several attempts to re-capture Godzilla have all ended in failure.
