Explosion in Turkey: three people dead

Three people are reported dead following an explosion in a five-storey building in the city of Diyarbakir in southeast Turkey while eight are reported to be trapped in the rubble.
Seven people have been rescued and eight are trapped in the rubble. Authorities at the scene say it could have been caused by a problem with the central heating system.The block, in the city of Diyarbakir, houses military families.
