The fashion world bid its last good bye to the much-revered Gianfranco Ferre, near Milan in Italy. Donatella Versace, Valentino and Giorgio Armani were among the solemn guests present at the private service.
Hundreds of others waited outside to pay their respects to the late designer.
62-year-old Ferre died two days after being admitted to hospital on June 15.
The designer steered one of fashion's most prestigious houses Christian Dior for seven years before setting up his own label.
