Emergency teams are still clearing the streets after flooding hit Russia's biggest southern city on Sunday. Heavy rain battered Rostov-on-Don, submerging it under water as people tried to battle their way through gale force winds.
Several cars were hit by trees felled by the wind, and many were forced to abandon their vehicles.
There were no reports of injuries, although the clean-up is expected to take some time.
