Gazprom signs up to Iranian energy projects

Russia's gas giant Gazprom and Iran's National Oil Company have signed a deal to work together in developing oil and gas fields. Under the agreement, the sides will join forces to develop the world's largest gas field – South Pars –
Gazprom will also take part in building a pipeline from Iran through Pakistan to India.
The plans also involve the construction of an oil refinery.
