Iran to go nuclear next year

Iran’s nuclear plant will not be ready until late next year, according to the state-run Russian Atomstroyexport company which is building the $US 1 billion Bushehr site.
It comes days after Moscow made its first shipment of nuclear fuel to the plant after months of delays, which Moscow blamed on unpaid bills.
Meanwhile, Tehran refuses to halt its uranium enrichment programme despite threats of more UN sanctions.
