Iraq bombings

At least 19 people have been killed in a series of roadside bombings in Baghdad. Two bombs exploded in the main Shurja market in central Baghdad, killing ten and injuring 50 others.
Earlier, several bombs also exploded near the Interior Ministry building in the city centre, killing nine people and injuring a further eight. Both civilians and police officers died in the attacks.
