Latvia suspects FSB in disappearance of businessman

Rozhetskin was a regular visitor to London and was there just a few days before his disappearance. Latvian authorities suspect he may have been murdered, as traces of blood were found in his home and car.
Rozhetskin has been wanted by Russia on charges of fraud since 2006.
