Leave it to Beaver! Furry animals cause border spat

It may be Ground Hog Day, but in Belarus and Lithuania another furry animal is causing a diplomatic incident. A family of beavers has constructed a dam that threatens to flood part of the border area.
Specialists are arguing over whether the beavers come from Belarus or Lithuania.
Their fate is now hanging in the balance, as in Belarus they're a protected species and it's illegal to hunt them.
