Miners checked for drug use

Eleven miners in the Kemerevo region have been found in a state of narcotic intoxication before going to work. Meanwhile, the Federal Service for Drug Control and Recovery conducted inspections of workers at two mines.
According to reports from the agency's press service, nearly 3,000 workers at these mines were checked for drug use during the investigation, over a ten-day period.
Mines in this region have been in the headlines recently following a series of explosions, which have claimed dozens of lives.
