Moscow may expel Latvian in tit for tat exchange

Russia has hinted it may retaliate to the expulsion of a diplomat from its embassy in Riga by deporting a Latvian official from Moscow, government officials say.
The Russian diplomat, whose name has not been revealed, was expelled on Monday.
Latvian officials say he was engaged in activities incompatible with his status, a diplomatic way of saying he's suspected of spying.
