Passengers saved from grounded ship in Greece

Nearly 300 people had to be evacuated from a ship that ran aground on a Greek island. None of the 278 passengers and 25 crew members on board was injured.
The Greek ship hit the northern part of Poros island, near Athens, at about 3.30 p.m. local time.
The vessel was on a one-day cruise to Poros and the other islands of Hydra and Aegina.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said that 56 Russian tourists from the vessel will be put up in nearby hotels.
