Heavy rains have caused a large-scale power cut in the Russian Far Eastern city of Vladivostok. Maintenance and repair teams are doing their best to restore the energy supply and pump out the water from the streets.
Local authorities announced a storm warning hours earlier and the emergency services were put on high alert.
Power supplies are now being restored to the city's central districts.
Weather forecasts say rain will continue in the area until Thursday.
