Russia & Saudi search for Middle East peace

Russia's President Vladimir Putin has met with the head of Saudi Arabia's Security Council, Prince Bandar bin Sultan, at the Kremlin in Moscow. The two focused on exploring ways to boost the Middle East peace process.
Other issues such as counter-terrorist measures, Iran's nuclear programme and Iraq were also discussed at the meeting.
According to the Russian President, Saudi Arabia is becoming a vital Russian partner in the region.
Vladimir Putin visited Saudi Arabia last February.
