Russian Navy UFO records say aliens love oceans

The Russian navy has declassified its records of encounters with unidentified objects technologically surpassing anything humanity ever built, reports Svobodnaya Pressa news website.
The records dating back to soviet times were compiled by a special navy group collecting reports of unexplained incidents delivered by submarines and military ships. The group was headed by deputy Navy commander Admiral Nikolay Smirnov, and the documents reveal numerous cases of possible UFO encounters, the website says.
Vladimir Azhazha, former navy officer and a famous Russian UFO researcher, says the materials are of great value.
“Fifty percent of UFO encounters are connected with oceans. Fifteen more – with lakes. So UFOs tend to stick to the water,” he said.
On one occasion a nuclear submarine, which was on a combat mission in the Pacific Ocean, detected six unknown objects. After the crew failed to leave behind their pursuers by maneuvering, the captain ordered to surface. The objects followed suit, took to the air, and flew away.
Many mysterious events happened in the region of Bermuda Triangle, recalls retired submarine commander Rear Admiral Yury Beketov. Instruments malfunctioned with no apparent reason or detected strong interference. The former navy officer says this could be deliberate disruption by UFOs.

Navy intelligence veteran, Captain 1st rank Igor Barklay comments:
“Ocean UFOs often show up wherever our or NATO’s fleets concentrate. Near Bahamas, Bermudas, Puerto Rico. They are most often seen in the deepest part of the Atlantic Ocean, in the southern part of the Bermuda Triangle, and also in the Caribbean Sea.”
Another place where people often report UFO encounters is Russia’s Lake Baikal, the deepest fresh water body in the world. Fishermen tell of powerful lights coming from the deep and objects flying up from the water.
In one case in 1982 a group of military divers training at Baikal spotted a group of humanoid creatures dressed in silvery suits. The encounter happened at a depth of 50 meters, and the divers tried to catch the strangers. Three of the seven men died, while four others were severely injured.
“I think about underwater bases and say: why not? Nothing should be discarded,” says Vladimir Azhazha. “Skepticism is the easiest way: believe nothing, do nothing. People rarely visit great depths. So it’s very important to analyze what they encounter there.”
Meanwhile Russian Navy officials have denied the collection of UFO-related encounters exists. A source in the Navy’s service staff said the story may have its roots in the reports of vessel commanders, which describe locating objects of unclear but Earthly origin.
“An illusion of a UFO encounter can result from large fish shoals, floating garbage or natural phenomena,” ITAR-TASS news agency cites the source.

if we assume that the earth is only an average planet in development [ and that may well be giving us ideas above our station ! then there must be millions of planets in the galaxy with far , far more advanced technologies than our own. when you think of the wonders we have achieved in just 200 yrs, imagine what other planets may have achieved in a thousand years or ten thousand years ,or even longer ! its an awesome thought . so why would they want to come to planet earth when all we do is fight each other there is no calm nowhere on this planet. I feel it will be a really long long time before they do. I believe someone was sent but we crucifed him .
One has to remember that in this incident soldiers where killed and it would have been a serious investigation into why divers lost their lives and more importantly who the intruders where .Don't forget this is soviet era and any breach of security like this wold have been spared no effort or resources. ALSO if there is anyone out there that would have claimed to have seen little silver coated men 50 Meters under water that killed 3 and injured 4 .... I'm thinking the "Communist Party" would reserve a place for you in a Siberian prison camp. And don't forget 4 injured soldiers may still be alive for questioning . I would like to see RT do a follow up on the stories as there doesn't seem to be a cover up in Russia as there is in the US.Generally speaking i would like to say this .I'm 99% sure as i have seen documentaries with corroberating stories . Just to Name one .. a Lufthansa pilot and a British Airways Pilot both saw a high speed Object with a green tale flying past them over New York with blinding speed and very close to them and reported it to the Radars ... you can find the original recording of the pilots and the radar station. A former FAA Chief now retired claims the skies are full of UFOs . French Military reports of Mirage fighters being chased by objects are now open (in french) on the http://www.cnes-geipan.fr . When it comes to the military i usually conclude that the technology to their disposal is the best you can get and under scrutiny of their superiors these 4or5 Pilots testify to have seen object (visually) chasing them then i am convinced . We have the Russian , French , Belgian and Mexican Military (amongst others) that openly say that there are objects flying around their air spaces that they cannot catch due to flying "against" all rules of physics let alone aerodynamics.The US cannot admit to it for social/economic reasons!I use to be a sceptic of UFO stories.. now i find it virtually impossible to convince me that we are ALONE .
In Norway back in 1972 there was a very famous USO search which lasted for 17 days. An armada of Navy vessels and surveilance aircrafts were dispatched into Sognefjorden. The second biggest fjord in the world. All attempts to trap the object failed. It esacaped. Also in the Billy Meier UFO case in Switzerland there are information about undersea bases, like one which was established under the Norh Sea in 1981. The extraterrestrials told him all their crafts were built to move both in space, in the atmosphere and underwater. I think it is logical that advanced space faring races can build versataile objects which can move both over and under the ocean surface.
