A local radio station in Tatarstan claims the U.S. democratic hopeful Barack Obama has plagiarised its president's slogan. 'Yes We Can' – the inspirational motto has been used by Obama and even turned into a rap song. The radio claims it's a tr

Journalists suggest it shows that the region's PR technologies are modern and competitive.

However, Obama's main slogan is 'Change We Can Believe in' which, according to some, has nothing to do with Tatarstan's President.
