A terrible road traffic accident occurred in the Russian city of Kirov on the night of May 9/10. A speeding Lada-Kalina car knocked over three pedestrians aged 18-20 crossing the street.
One of them died instantly, two others were seriously injured and taken to hospital.
The driver tried to escape from the scene but was arrested later. It turned out to be a 13-year-old boy who stole the keys from his mother’s car to go for a joyride.
According to Russian law, he cannot be brought to trial because he is underage.
Given the speed the teenager was driving at, the two men who survived the accident are extremely lucky to be alive. Video footage of the hit-and-run was recorded by a traffic police surveillance camera installed on the crossing.

Arrest the mother of the 13 year old. How did she not know that her child stole her car. If you raise your children, letting them know that there are consequences to their actions, they wouldn't dare steel your car. I'm sure there were other things this child did that he wasn't punished for. His inappropiate actions just escalated out of control.

You sure have no idea of what being a parent is. How do you know that the child isn't a problem child?
