At the meeting Vladimir Putin thanked everyone who'd worked with him for the last eight years.
“Monday is the day when we usually come together for our meetings, but there will be no meeting today. This is the last time I'll attend this meeting in my current status and in this format. Today I've invited you not to discuss the current issues, but rather to thank you for working with me over the last eight years,” Putin stated.
