Two blasts in Chechnya injure 10

Two consecutive blasts have ripped through a cafe in the Chechen capital Grozny, injuring ten.
Investigators say a ruptured gas main could be the cause of the explosions, which happened five minutes apart.
Seven policemen and three staff members are being treated for their injuries.
