Ukraine: Constitutional Court’s Chairman resigns

The Chairman of Ukraine's Constitutional Court, Ivan Dombrovsky, has tendered his resignation. Deputy Chairman Valery Pshenichny has been appointed acting Chairman in his place.
Mr Pshenichny has recently been reinstated after being dismissed by President Viktor Yushchenko.The Constitutional Court is currently considering the legitimacy of Mr Yushchenko's decision to dissolve Parliament and call early elections.
