Iran's nuclear programme vexes U.S.
Tehran is warning the U.S. that it would find itself in a “quagmire deeper than Iraq” if it attacks Iran. The warning comes from the head of the country’s elite Revolutionary Guard Corps which was the target of a third round of U.S. sanctions
Meanwhile, on Friday the five permanent members of the UN’s Security Council plus Germany are to meet in London to discuss a possible third round of UN sanctions against Iran.
