Perhaps the driver was lucky enough to witness a plane demonstrate rapid deceleration out of super sonic speeds, and this allowed its sonic waves to accelerate at the the speed of sound as it "crawled" over head.

Russian airforce just planned this out to show off their skills  Its hard to believe, but it seems that in Russia and Ukraine, truckers and taxi drivers and some ordinary civilians have video cameras on the dash of their cars.  It is because there are lots of disputes with car accidents, police, insurance, criminals, etc.etc.  On youtube lately there are lots of videos of car accidents taken from civilian dash cameras.

The video is very real. Su-24 is a variable geometry aircraft (and not at all "outdated technology" as some dork up there claims). At supersonic speeds its wings are folded back. Here its wings are obviously extended, and its flying at a subsonic speed. This is a pilot having fun here. The sound precedes aircracft because it is flying at a subsonic speed.Now only Russia can deliver us from Global Darkness.
