From Sandy Hook to the tree of liberty, America walks a fine line between freedom and security. Are guns there to stop tyranny? Is tyranny already here? Are there other ways of stopping it besides stocking up on munitions?

In loading up on the First Amendment to wage war over the Second, persuasive arguments have been made on both sides. Yet the verbal combatants have fought to a virtual standstill. Is this the quintessential impasse?

By forgetting 1776, are we ushering in 1984? Or has the fear of dystopia becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy, 11,000 annual gun deaths at a time? The episode's special guests are son-of-a-gun Terence Moonseed, and the big-gun General Baxter.

Social chaos convinces me more than ever...2nd Amendment necessary (unregistered) 17.02.2013 03:33

Yup...2nd Amendment is a good thing...The more the authorities scream, "We've got everything under control!" The less they do.....

Chris Dorner unintentionally showed me the ineffectual police state we live in.....and how pressured average Americans are close to snapping...Things could get real dangerous here soon..

All the law enforcement agencies (Game Wardens, Sheriffs, LAPD)...All their equipment ( helicopters, armored vehicles, sniper rifles...) and the overwhelming force all these cops needed to bring down one guy ie. Chris Dorner.......convinc ed me the 2nd Amendment is a good thing...

Currently Iran has it easy to ask for gold and precious metals as payments for its exported goods because Iran has an unusual reason of the globalized US Sanctions against getting paid through banks. Giving Iran an option that it already has is giving away nothing. A rhetoric, like this, only proves the immense stupidity of those that the anonymous officials are citing. Currently , Iranians remember when you last removed their democratic government. Operation Ajax.  Currently they,ve noticed you closed the  branch of the Central Bank delivered then. Currently there are many Iranians still suffering Saddams gas attacks and they remember who was responsible.!!!
