It is very hard to build peace after a country is still divided.I met Afghans perfect Russian speakers. Even you were there they did not complin much.I met for a while few Afghans just talking of US prisons. 20 years of wars destroyed cultural and social order. Minds of those still living in Afghanistan have 3 issues in head: how to leave Afghanistan, how to avoide US troops, how to sell only one thing one can sell: drugs.
