Big changes in Russia-US cooperation expected in 2010

2009 is unlikely to see any resolution in Russia-U.S. arguments over America’s anti-missile defense plans in the Czech Republic and Poland.
That is according to John Isaacs, Executive Director of the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation in Washington D.C.

why will Russia want to put missiles in Europe while the Taliban are much a greater issue?,,,,,,,,,,, if this keeps happening there will be no way Russia help in Afghanistan and international relations will suffer.
