The Parliamentary election campaign is gaining momentum in Russia, with political parties holding pre-election meetings ahead of the vote in December. The latest poll results from the Russian Public Opinion Search Centre indicate that if the election was
They are United Russia with 45% of the votes and the Communist party with about 8%.
None of the other parties, including the Liberal Democratic Party, centre-leftist Fair Russia nor the liberal opposition party ‘Yabloko’, would reach the 7% barrier.
