I quit election race, vote will be rigged - opposition candidate

The list of candidates running for next year's Presidential election is getting shorter. Boris Nemtsov of the Union of Right Forces has decided not to run for Russia's top job.
Nemtsov called on other candidates to get out of the race because he thinks the election has been predetermined, and conditions for campaigning are not fair.
Head of the Liberal Democratic party Vladimir Zhirinovsky has already registered his candidacy at the Central Election Commision.
Communist leader Gennady Zyuganov is due to submit his candidacy on Wednesday.
