Dmitry Medvedev's proposal to have Putin as the country's prime minister is a sign of stability and a continuation of work already underway, Evgeny Satanovsky, the President of the Institute of Middle Eastern Studies, believes.
“We have a situation of stability the future is predictable, the team, that works now, will prologue its work. It is safe, because, as the Chinese say, God save you from living in a time of great changes. And nobody needs to change a team that had a success and bring in another, unpredictable one.
