“We do not care about the field exercises of NATO in Georgia – they could be watched over from satellites,” says independent political analyst Vladimir Kozin.
“But we are worried about the staff command exercises where different operations, instead of proclaimed battling terrorism or helping to counteract crimes, could be pre-planned and gamed.”
